ROKiT MB Motorsport has partnered with Renaissance Asset Finance (RAF), a subsidiary of the private and commercial bank, Arbuthnot Latham, for the 2022 Kwik Fit British Touring Car Championship (BTCC).
The deal makes RAF the team’s exclusive financial services sponsor for 2022 and is an extension of the decade-long relationship that Arbuthnot Latham has with the MB brand.
ROKiT MB Motorsport will feature RAF branding on its team wear and the racing suit of the team’s driver Jake Hill.
The team will also welcome Renaissance Asset Finance’s relationship managers and clients to the track on race days.
RAF provides funding facilities, both direct and through brokers, to Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) and HNWIs (High-Net-Worth Individuals) across Great Britain. They provide facilities on a range of hard and soft assets, from commercial vehicle fleets for businesses, to classic cars for the individual.
The RAF team pride themselves on strong relationships and expertise, to deliver the highest levels of service to their clients, however complex the transaction. Since Arbuthnot Latham acquired Renaissance Asset Finance in 2017, their loan book has increased by 70%.
Mark Blundell, Sporting Director of ROKiT MB Motorsport, said: “I am delighted to welcome Renaissance Asset Finance to the team. We have a fantastic longstanding relationship with Arbuthnot Latham who are a relationship-led bank with a real depth of work in the world of Motorsport. With Renaissance Asset Finance, we are welcoming a partner with a great track record of supporting their clients, who also has a huge passion for cars and commercial vehicles.”
Victoria Fisher, Joint Managing Director at Renaissance Asset Finance, added: “It’s fantastic to partner with ROKiT MB Motorsport as their official financial services sponsor for 2022. The ROKiT MB Motorsport team share many of our values when it comes to having strong relationships, excellent service, and a commitment to outperformance. We look forward to visiting the track and supporting the BTCC team. Good luck Jake!”
