Laser Tools Racing with MB Motorsport are delighted to announce that Ignition Human Performance (IHP) remains as the team's Official Business Performance Partner as the team head into the 2023 Kwik Fit British Tour Car Championship.
In a first-of-its-kind partnership last year, Ignition Human Performance worked closely with the team and its partners throughout the season to take lessons from the track in terms of teamwork, leadership and performance, and help partners to utilise these to drive their own business improvements and achievements.
Through in-person and virtual workshops and seminars as well as exclusive team content, Ignition Human Performance has developed strong relationships amongst the team’s community of partners to help unlock performance within their respective organisations.
Ignition Human Performance uses its industry-leading experience and knowledge to unlock performance in business using elite motorsport formulas, which alongside its innovative Learning and Development programmes and Strategics People Consultancy, now includes its recently launched Motorsport Speakers service, with a range of personalities from an elite motorsport background, including Mark Blundell and Jake Hill, for keynote, motivational or after dinner events.
This season as part of Ignition Human Performance’s new campaign “Watch on Sunday, Learn on Monday” both Laser Tools Racing with MB Motorsport’s partners and fans will be enabled to truly understand how the on-track action seen in the BTCC at the weekend can be translated into performance gains for their everyday objectives during their working week.
Ignition Human Performance branding will once again be proudly carried on the team's racewear and the duo will work collaboratively together on a number of exciting activations throughout the season, with the aim of building on last year's performance both on and off the track.
Commenting on the announcement, Mark Blundell, Sporting Director of Laser Tools Racing with MB Motorsport, said:
“We are delighted to be continuing our business performance partnership with Ignition Human Performance. As a team, we know a thing or two about the importance of trying to raise standards with every passing season and race weekend. In Ignition, we have a partner who understands how this can be translated into the corporate world and our partners are already seeing the benefit of that.”
Nick Butcher, Managing Director of Ignition Human Performance, added:
“It is great to be continuing our business performance partnership with Laser Tools Racing with MB Motorsport in 2023. We learnt a lot from working with the team last season and it was fantastic to be able to translate these lessons in a number of ways to the team partners and show them what we were seeing on-track could directly unlock their own business performance. This season promises to be even better and with our new campaign “Watch on Sunday, Learn on Monday” which Laser Tools Racing with MB Motorsport will play a very key part in as our representatives on-track, we can’t wait for it to get started.”
