Laser Tools Racing with MB Motorsport is pleased to announce a strengthened partnership with Advanced KFS Special Vehicles ahead of the 2024 Kwik Fit British Touring Car Championship season. A long-term friend and partner of the team, both organisations are excited to take their partnership to the next level in the new season.
AKFS possesses over 30 years of experience in the field of manufacturing after-market vehicles for various industries and services, including; minibuses, grounds maintenance vehicles, car transporters, recovery vehicles, and plant hire vehicles. Over this period, AKFS has established itself as the number one in their field with all of their work and modifications built without compromise - a position and a value that everyone at MB Motorsport identifies with.
The strengthened partnership underscores AKFS’ group relationship with Jake Hill and their association with both MB Motorsport and MBP since 2019 and all parties are excited to take things forward and experience further successes together in 2024.
Ian Knight, Chairman of AKFS, expressed his enthusiasm surrounding the continued partnership:
“A lot of my business career and a lot of AKFS’ success over the years has been built around working with people you enjoy strong relationships with and enjoy spending time with. We have long enjoyed our association with Jake, Mark and the MB Motorsport team - they demand the highest levels of professionalism from themselves, something which we do at AKFS every day as well. This season marks a new chapter for our work together and we are excited to get underway.”
Mark Blundell, Sporting Director of Laser Tools Racing with MB Motorsport shared his thoughts:
“Everyone at the team is appreciative of Ian and AKFS’ continued support - it is a partnership that we all have enjoyed bringing to life at MB Motorsport. This year marks a fresh start with plenty of plans already in the pipeline which should make the 2024 season the best year yet for us together.”
Jake Hill, Laser Tools Racing with MB Motorsport driver concluded:
“Ian and the AKFS team have been a huge supporter of mine since 2019 and have played a key role in the direction that my career has gone since that period. I am very grateful for that and it is a sign of the success of our work together that the partnership has stood the test of time as we look ahead to a huge season ahead in 2024.”
